Minimum Qualifications
You Must Be a Current Athlete, Talent, Influencer or Business
Minimum competitive level of Sr in HS looking for NIL opportunities. We also accept current NIL (collegiate) athletes, amateurs & professionals.
We also have limited space for fitness/wellness influencers, actors, models, and public speakers.
Follower Count
We'd like for you to have a minimum 1,500 followers on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and/or Twitter (X)/Threads
Minimum Engagement
Brands and businesses like numbers. Please include in your application a few of your top social media posts along with the *total* number of likes, comments, shares & saves. With this, we can calculate your engagement rate. Minimum engagement rate required is 3-5%.
You Must Put in the Work
Brand Management is also an opportunity to be coached on brand promotion, content strategy, and foundational business skills. We do not work for you, you do not work for us. This is a partnership and you must be willing to meet us in the middle and do your part.
Discovery Interview
If, after applying, we think you're a good fit, we will schedule a discovery interview. In this interview, we aim to get to know you and your goals a bit better to further decide if our partnership has potential.
